This process creates a bold, full flavor without any added liquid smoke or artificial flavour.<\/p>\n<p>The smoky taste of hickory is often associated with southern cuisine, making Durango a perfect pairing for ribs, burgers, and any type of red meat.<\/p>\n<p>Smoked salts pair wonderfully with any tomato based dishes such as lasagna, spaghetti and roasted tomatoes. Sprinkle on before, during or after cooking to add a wonderfully smoky flavour to any dish on or off the grill.
